How Agency X collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated 6 August 2026.
Agency X Talent (“Agency X”, “we”, “us”) collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Enquiry and booking forms — your name, organisation, email, phone number and the content of your brief or enquiry. So we can tell where an enquiry came from, the submission also includes the page it was sent from and, where available, the page you first landed on, the referring site and campaign tags from the link you followed.
Talent applications — the career and commercial details you choose to share when registering interest in representation.
Newsletter — your email address, used only to send the newsletter you asked for. Unsubscribe any time by emailing hello@agencyx.com.au or using the link in any edition.
Client proposal pages — when you open a private talent proposal we ask for your name, work email and company so the team knows who has viewed it. These pages set one functional session cookie (see the table below) and are not indexed or public.
Analytics — with your consent only, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics is switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner.
How form submissions are processed
Website forms are received by our own enquiry service, which runs on Vercel. Each submission is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse, stored in a database hosted by Neon in Sydney, Australia, and then a notification email is sent to us through Resend. The stored record and the notification contain only what you enter in the form, the page you submitted it from and how you arrived at our site (referring site and campaign parameters). We use this information to respond to your enquiry.
Cookies and similar storage
Non-essential cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your choice any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.

Google Tag Manager loads measurement tags but sets no cookies of its own; with analytics declined, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage disabled. Embedded videos (YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, Facebook) load only after you press play, and are then governed by those platforms’ own policies.
Overseas disclosure
Some service providers we use process data outside Australia: Vercel (website hosting and our enquiry service; global edge network, with server functions running in the United States), Cloudflare (Turnstile security check; global network), Resend (notification email) and Google (analytics, with your consent; global including the United States). Form submissions themselves are stored with Neon in Sydney, Australia.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting hello@agencyx.com.au. If you have a privacy concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
