Profile

About Fabian

Fabian Coulthard is one of Supercars’ most experienced drivers, with an illustrious track record headlined by finishing runner-up at the Repco Bathurst 1000 in 2022 alongside Chaz Mostert. In 2026 the pair reunite, with Fabian co-driving the #1 Walkinshaw Toyota GR Supra of the reigning Supercars champion for the endurance season — alongside racing programs in Toyota’s GR Cup and the Australian Endurance Championship.

Born in England and raised in New Zealand, Fabian kickstarted his career karting at six years old, before joining Formula Ford support races where he won the Alan Jones Trophy at the 2002 Australian Grand Prix. In 2004, his career truly kicked into gear, placing 3rd in the Australian Carrera Cup Championship and earning the Michelin Rookie of the Year award. The following season, Fabian levelled up again by winning the 2005 Australian Carrera Cup Championship and earning himself a contract with Paul Morris Motorsports for the 2006 Supercars Championship.

Fabian’s career spans 478 championship race starts, with 13 wins and 61 podium finishes, and national and international notoriety for his professionalism and consistency on the track. Away from racing, Fabian has showcased his experience and racing knowledge on television, including as a host on SpeedSeries broadcast coverage.
