Peter Fegan is a respected broadcaster, journalist, MC and corporate speaker, renowned for translating complex stories into engaging experiences. Born and raised in Brisbane, he traded a career in the mining industry for journalism, winning a cadetship at Channel 7 and spending six years covering crime, politics, sport and community stories for Seven News in Sydney — experience that underpins his versatility as a presenter.
Fegan joined the Nine Network’s 9News Queensland team in 2021 and became a familiar voice on Brisbane radio with 4BC, hosting Weekend Mornings before a 13-month run as solo host of the station’s breakfast show. He is now a journalist with Nine’s Today Show. His programs have ranged from discussions with ministers, legal experts and business leaders to education innovators and technology commentators.
